We hope you love your BraveFace products, however if you would like to return your order please see our return policy and procedure outlined below.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll process a full refund to your account.

Faulty / Damaged Items
For all faulty or damaged items, we offer a full refund (including shipping costs).
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use/abuse, are not considered to be faulty or damaged.
We do not accept exchanges. If you have purchased the wrong item please process a return and repurchase the correct item at hellobraveface.com. The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
