Coolhead day spray is there to have on hand for a rapid calming action during heightened moments, HeadRest night drops aid sleep which helps the body recover from stress and LiveCalm daily capsules work on the nervous system to help the body better adapt to stress long term.

The full system is designed to work together to tackle stress and worry from every angle however you can absolutely take the products on their own. They have each been formulated to work on different symptoms of stress depending on individual needs.

Our proprietary blends in CoolHead and HeadRest use a unique extraction method allowing us to provide the highest potency of herbs in liquid form. Each of these herbs is research based and back by clinical trials. We do not use homeopathic, essence or alcohol like other products.

We spent a lot of time working through packing options that would reduce the impact on the environment while still meeting our regulatory requirements. Our bottles and our courier bags are made from 100% recycled plastic to ensure we are not putting more plastic into the system. There are some parts of our packaging that unfortunately can’t be recycled due to their componentry including our dropper and nozzle. Please remove these from your bottles before putting them in the recycling bin.

HeadRest: Shake well before use. Adults take 3 entire droppers in the mouth, 15 minutes before bed. Or for a more diluted taste, try adding to a glass of chilled water.

CoolHead: Shake well before use. Adults take 2 sprays directly into the mouth, when you need it, up to 3 times daily.

LiveCalm: Adults take 2 capsules daily, with or without food.

Good Mood Chews: 6–18 years, or weighing over 30kg: chew two tablets daily.

Yes! All three of our products are suitable for vegetarians and HeadRest and LiveCalm are fully vegan. CoolHead is not suitable for Vegans as it contains Mānuka honey.

No. It was important for us to develop non-addictive alternatives. All of our products are natural and exclude any ingredients that may be become addictive.

Let’s face it herbs taste horrible in their raw state! We worked hard to create a palatable flavor without compromising on the potency. Our products taste like they work. CoolHead has a slightly minty flavor and you can taste the sweetness of the Manuka honey. Headrest is minty with licorice undertones. If you are struggling with the taste of your BraveFace products you can put them in the fridge to take the edge off or dillute them with a little water.

Our formulations for HeadRest, CoolHead and LiveCalm have been developed with adults in mind and our recommended doses are suitable for those aged 18+. For children and teens between the ages of 6-18 we would recommend our BraveFace Junior range. The Junior formulations have been specifically designed for this age group. If you have older teens that would still like to try the BraveFace Adult range, those aged 14-18 can take CoolHead and HeadRest at half the adult dose. 

Braveface was formulated for humans so we do not recommend it for your furry friends.  

We take sourcing our ingredients seriously to ensure we a delivering the highest quality of herbs with no nasties. They come from all around the world including France, Madagascar, New Zealand and India.

While we do not use any ingredients or processes that contain gluten not all off our suppliers have the certification to confirm they are gluten free, so we cannot claim this.

Yes! Most of the products in our category use alcohol in their distillation process, which isn’t suitable for everyone. So we spent a lot of time finding a solution that could keep our formulations alcohol free.

Yes. We know how important it is to keep nasties out so we stuck to natural options.

Due to the honey content in CoolHead if the nozzle is not kept clean this can occassionally cause blockages. Please wipe your nozzle clean if you notice any residue left over after you have sprayed the product. If you do experience a blockage you can unscrew it from the bottle, submerge in warm water and prime the nozzle. Failing this please email us at info@hellobraveface.com
